What is the Assumptions Mapping template?

The Assumptions Mapping template can help you further explore the following assumptions:
- Feasible — Can we do this? Ask yourself if you can allow your team to spend most (or all) of the time on particular projects.
- Desirable — Do they want this? Ask yourself if you can provide enough evidence to prove that your customers need this specific feature, solution, app, etc.
- Viable — Should we do this? Ask yourself if you have enough knowledge to reach, obtain, or support your customers.
Use the answers generated to proposed questions and drag them into appropriate quadrants on the Assumptions Matrix. Point out which of the opinions are critical, non-critical, known, or unknown. Perform further investigations only on assumptions that land in the area dedicated specifically to experiments.
