Gap Analysis

What is the Gap Analysis template?

Facilitate the process of identifying and addressing gaps within your organization, project, or product. Conduct an insightful systematic evaluation to determine the disparity between your organization’s current state and its desired future form. The analysis involves comparing existing processes, performance, resources, or goals against the desired outcomes or benchmarks.

Gap Analysis allows you to recognize areas for improvements or adaptations to bridge these gaps and align with strategic objectives. Develop a detailed action plan to close the gaps and optimize the overall organizational performance by highlighting areas of weakness or inefficiency. The analysis also serves as a valuable tool for cautious decision-making and priority-setting.

  6. Convert sticky notes with action items into Jira issues with two simple clicks to start working on them with your team. Keep your whiteboard and Jira instance up-to-date thanks to the two-way synchronization.
